"Nasoni di Roma" is the first and only artistic B&B in the capital. The name of the Bed & Breakfast comes from the nickname of the public fountains that have been providing drinking water to the Roman people since 1874. The constant flow of these fountains prevents water stagnation in the water network, ensuring hygienic and health benefits, as well as the unique freshness of Rome's water.
The four rooms and the common area are dedicated to the fountains of Pietro Lombardi, built to pay homage to the city's neighborhoods.
Each room showcases artworks by emerging artists from the national territory.
The common area takes inspiration from the "nasone" of the barrel, symbolizing the convivial spirit of Roman wine cellars. Here, guests can engage in conversation or enjoy a variety of hot beverages such as coffee, herbal teas, cappuccino, and tea. All of this in a welcoming atmosphere that combines rustic and modern style.
The property is located in the San Giovanni district, just ten minutes away from the Colosseum and the historic center. The proximity to Metro A allows guests to easily move around the city. The entire property is non-smoking, and pets are allowed upon confirmation.
